Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Since chocolate is temperature-sensitive, processing times may vary slightly to make sure your bars are packed and shipped in the best condition.
Do you offer faster delivery options?
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited delivery for an additional fee in select cities. Choose this option at checkout if it's available for your area.
How do you make sure my chocolate arrives in good condition?
Our milk chocolate and pista chocolate bars are carefully packed with protective and, where needed, insulated packaging to help them survive their journey to you, especially during warmer months. If your order arrives melted or damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow its journey right up to your doorstep.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
At this time, Enoa Chocolates only ships within Pakistan. We hope to expand our delivery reach in the future.
